‘H1 Service’ could be triggered by:
• Service / maintenance interval notification triggered by amount of heater runtime. If this is a new install, service interval reminder hours may be set to zero or too low. To change the maintenance interval please follow the steps below (document attached).
Select settings 'gear' symbol > press and hold back button for 3 seconds > Workshop menu is displayed > scroll to Maint. Interval > set to convenient amount (up to 1000hrs depending on heater usage).
• Heater fault has occurred – read error memory and clear.
Select settings 'gear' symbol > press and hold back button for 3 seconds > Workshop menu is displayed > Scroll to error menu > select h1 air > select read (take note of any codes) > select h1 air > delete errors.
