H94 is referring to the air temperature sensor - open or short circuit.
If you are installing the full RV kit you need to make sure either the temperature sensor or the resistor has been connected to the heater wiring harness on the temperature sensor wires.
-
If no to both of those, please disconnect the heater from power and fit the sensor or resistor and reconnect, that should fix it. See page 48 Webasto Air Top 2000 STC Workshop Troubleshooting Manual

If yes, to one of those, please double check the main heater plug if fully home into the ECU. Remove the main plug and reinsert until you hear/feel a click into place. See document - Webasto Air Top 2000 STC Electrical Plug Connection to ECU
-
If you still have the H94 fault after both those things, please reset the MultiControl and select the correct heater version:
-
Settings > Reset > Confirm ‘Yes’ > [whilst screen goes black] press and hold the main button and power button down (for 3 – 5 seconds) Select heater appears > “Air Top 2000 STC”.
