There is no difference between Webasto part numbers 1317514A and 1317514B. Webasto tend to use the last letter suffix to denote smaller changes in production eg production facility, colours, materials etc.
The part number on the boxed part that we now supply is 1317514B, but it may well jump to 'C' and beyond in years to come. As long as the numerical part of the number is the same, the parts are swappable.
